Terms & Conditions
1. Handmade Jewellery
Each piece of horse hair jewellery is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the natural variations in horse hair, every item is unique. Slight differences in colour, thickness, and texture should be expected and are part of the charm of a bespoke piece.

2. Strength & Durability
Horse hair is naturally strong; however, like any natural fibre, it is not indestructible. Hair strands may occasionally break under stress, wear, or through accidental pulling. This is normal and should be considered part of the natural ageing of the jewellery.
3. Silver & Metalwork
Sterling silver (and any other metals used) are visible components of your jewellery. Please be aware that silver will naturally tarnish over time. This is a normal process and can be easily polished. Silver is not invisible, and small joins, clasps, or fittings may be seen in your finished piece.
4. Care Instructions
To prolong the life of your horse hair jewellery, please follow these care guidelines: - Avoid wearing your jewellery in the shower, bath, or while swimming. - Do not expose your jewellery to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or lotions. - Store in a clean, dry place when not in use. - Remove jewellery during heavy activity to prevent accidental damage.
5. Repairs & Maintenance
I am happy to make small, reasonable repairs to your jewellery if required. A small fee may apply to cover time and materials. - Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis. - Jewellery that has suffered from heavy use, misuse, or significant damage cannot be repaired. - Normal wear and tear (such as small breaks in hair strands or light tarnishing) should be expected and is not considered a fault.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of horse hair jewellery, returns and refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty upon arrival. Please inspect your jewellery carefully on receipt and contact me within 7 days if there are any concerns.
7. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree to care for your horse hair jewellery in line with the care instructions provided. I cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use, lack of care, or normal wear and tear.
